By enrolling in any course offered by Higher Learning via Thinkific, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- All course content, including but not limited to videos, slides, handouts, assessments, and supplementary materials, are the intellectual property of Higher Learning and/or the individual course presenters unless otherwise credited.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, or transmit any part of the course materials in any form or by any means without prior written consent.
2. 🔐 Account Security
- Each account is for individual use only. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person, including colleagues or other educators.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. 🚫 Usage Restrictions
- Course materials are provided for personal professional development only. Redistribution, resale, public display, or publication of any course content is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use course content to create derivative works or training programs without express written permission.
4. ⏳ Course Access Duration
- Access to each course is granted for a period of 90 days from the date of enrolment.

5. 💳 Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, regardless of course completion status or access duration.

- Upon successful completion of the course, including all required modules and assessments, you will receive a digital certificate of completion.
7. 📄 License of Use
- Enrolment grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for personal educational purposes only.
8. 🛠️ Platform Availability
- While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, Higher Learning is not liable for any downtime or technical issues on the Thinkific platform.
9. 📜 Modification of Terms
- Higher Learning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. ⚖️ Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
